Watchdogs and residents: Schiphol plans still favor airport over people living nearby

Twenty-one residents’ groups and environmental organizations say the Cabinet’s plans for Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport fail to protect the environment and the people living nearby, Trouw reports. Ahead of Tuesday’s debate in the Tweede Kamer, the groups push the government to take the independent criticism of three watchdogs seriously.
