New bar in Best from Jelle (29) and Anne (32) aims to become a living room for outsiders: ‘Everyone finds a roof over their head here’

They had both worked in hospitality and were perfectly happy there. And yet, Jelle and Anne still wanted to start a place of their own. On Funda they saw that the ‘old Bastille’ in Best was up for rent. ‘Taking a look doesn’t cost anything’, quickly turned into ‘we have to do this’. And so, on March 6, Ramblin’ Man opened its doors.
