GroenLinks and PvdA merge in Noord-Holland provincial council too

GroenLinks and the Partij van de Arbeid will merge in the Noord-Holland Provinciale Staten on November 1. PRO will then become the largest party in the provincial government, with fourteen seats. Amsterdam's Tim Wagelaar will lead the combined parliamentary group.
