Environmental Sustainability Leader
The Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) Environmental Sustainability Leader serves as a strategic partner to the PDx leadership team, driving the development and execution of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy across the PDx business unit. This role leads efforts to embed environmental sustainability into product development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder and regulatory expectations. Through cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and change leadership, the Sustainability Leader fosters a culture of environmental stewardship and continuous improvement, delivering measurable impact on ESG performance and long-term business resilience.
