Online update: AI & auteursrecht op woensdag 13 mei
In this Online Update Daniel Gervais ( The American Law Institute, Vanderbilt University ) will elaborate on several recent internatinal AI & copywrite rulings and the key lessons that can (so far) be drawn from them. More information will follow shortly. Gervais will address both input and output. On the output side, consider, for example, the recent case concerning photographs of dogs underwater, or the case involving corporate logos. On the input side, he will discuss the training of AI models, referring to cases such as Bartz v. Anthropic, Kadrey v. Meta, GEMA v. OpenAI, and Getty Images v. Stability AI.
