‘Sleepless academics’ could use a little help

Utrecht University should ensure a supportive work environment for academic staff who also happen to be new parents. That's the main takeaway from a series of dialogue sessions titled "Sleepless in Academia". In this op-ed, Özge Bilgili and Rianne Dekker, members of the Utrecht Young Academy, explain what the university is lacking and enumerate possible improvements.
