In collaboration with Unmanned Valley Valkenburg (UMV), a safe flying test area is available to facilitate drone testing. Both indoor and outdoor test facilities are present only 30 min drive from the TU Delft Campus. The outdoor test field is located near the old taxi track. It exists of a big grass field. Nex to the taxi track there is a concrete platform for drones to take off and land from. Next to the concrete platform a sea container is placed for storing goods for setting up an outdoor office like tables, chairs and party tents.
