Three years after a brain hemorrhage ‘Lucky’ still cannot communicate. Amsterdam police are asking for help to identify the man who is also known as ‘Chris the Canadian’

The police in Amsterdam have received 140 tips in the search to identify ‘Lucky’. ‘Overwhelming,’ the police said. On Monday, Amsterdam’s cold case team released images of the man, whose identity remains unknown and who can no longer communicate.
