Skippers critical of extra measures on the water during King’s Day in Amsterdam: ‘It’s going to be a real mess’
On King’s Day (April 27th), Amsterdam will enforce the 12+1 rule for the first time. Private boats on the canals are not allowed to have more than twelve passengers and one skipper on board. Will the measure actually reduce the crowds in the city center?
