Private security hired for apartment blocks in Amsterdam-Zuidoost over crack addict nuisance: ‘This is not a long-term solution’

Housing association Rochdale has hired private security guards starting this month to monitor five apartment blocks in the H-buurt in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, following nuisance caused by crack users. The measure will remain in place for six months.
