Number of people experiencing ‘severe noise pollution’ around Schiphol will rise, so construction plans for thousands of homes can remain on track

The cabinet wants to adjust the noise zones and safety areas around Schiphol next year so that construction plans for tens of thousands of homes in and around Amsterdam can remain on track. As a result, the number of people experiencing ‘severe noise pollution’ will rise, even though that figure is supposed to decrease.
