‘More than 76,000 rental homes have already disappeared from the market’ – landlords complain about the affordable rent legislation

Nearly one in ten homes sold in Amsterdam over the past two years is a former rental property. The only city in the Netherlands where relatively even more rental properties went up for sale borders directly on Amsterdam: Amstelveen, at over 13 percent.
