Mini-car less popular in Amsterdam without universal parking permit (and they’re also banned from the ferry)

It began with the Birò, followed by other models: the mini-car became a massive hit in Amsterdam. That was until the city-wide parking permit came to an end six months ago. Since then, the number of new registrations has plummeted. Furthermore, they are now facing a strict ban on the city’s ferries.
