Libraries in the Peel region will become free for residents up to and including age 27

Students, university students and young professionals often stop using Bibliotheek Helmond-Peel as soon as they have to pay for a subscription. To help them maintain their reading skills, young people up to and including the age of 27 will receive a free membership starting on April 1.
