Gebiedsontwikkeling Zevenbergen-Oost

With the Zevenbergen Oost area development project, the municipality of Moerdijk is taking an important step toward meeting its housing target of a total of 2,700 homes throughout the municipality. The Zevenbergen Oost area development project focuses on phased housing construction. In the first phase, Markvelden Noord will be developed with the construction of 450 homes. Ultimately, at least 1,000 homes will be built in the Zevenbergen Oost area over a period of approximately ten years. Sixty-five percent of the new homes will fall into the “affordable” category.
