Eindhoven ignores advice and does not want to pay a cent in compensation to former owner of Gloeilampplantsoen

Eindhoven has no intention of paying any further compensation to the Hague-based entrepreneur whose construction plans for the Gloeilampplantsoen went up in smoke due to a municipal decision. The municipality believes that businessman Atom Zhou has already earned enough, since he sold the park with a considerable profit.
