WAALRE – On Tuesday they were still singing and dancing through the pubs, so you might think that by Wednesday evening, the carnival revelers would be a bit hungover while having their herring. But the St. Willibrordus Church on the Market in Waalre was well-filled with the partygoers and other believers who received the traditional ash cross.
